All delivery charges and times relate to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to offshore addresses & some remote highlands of Scotland  may command a surcharge.

On arrival please inspect all goods carefully for any signs of damage in transit.
Any damaged goods must be notified to us on the day of delivery.

Size and Appearance
Please note our soaps are handmade and therefore can be slightly irregular in shape and can also vary in colour.

Product Safety
If you have, or suspect you have sensitive skin, we recommend you do a skin patch test before using any product that comes into contact with your skin. A patch test is simple. Apply a small dab to the inside of your wrist or elbow and leave on for as long as 24 hours.
If any redness or tenderness occurs, you may have an allergy and you should avoid any product or products that contain the same ingredients

If you have an allergic reaction: Discontinue use and thoroughly rinse the affected area with fresh water. If you develop an allergic reaction, please seek professional medical advice.

Making A Purchase
As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive immediately by return email your order confirmation with your customer order number, and description of goods you have purchased. You will also receive an email from Protx ( the secure payment processors) confirming the success of your payment. All prices quoted on the website are in GB Pounds (£)  There is a minimum order value of £10, excluding postage and packaging. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax.
VAT is charged where applicable at 15% - prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable.
 
Channel Islands
Products shipped to the Channel Islands are not subject to VAT. To qualify for VAT-free shopping, both the delivery address and billing address must have a valid JE or GY postcode.

We are working on an automated system to deal with the VAT however at present we are only able to process VAT free orders over the phone.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The total amount to be refunded will be the price paid less the initial delivery charge.

If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you, this would be at our discretion & up to a maximum of 30 days, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There may be an additional administration charge of up to 25% of the purchase price of the goods returned.

If any damages occur during return transit the customer is responsible in full and a refund will not be given.

Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please send to: Isell Ltd, 2 Empire Way, Tregoniggie Ind Est, Falmouth, Cornwall. TR11 4RX. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is damaged.
